To Power Up the FLEX-5000A, execute the following steps in order:

Turn on the Power on the FLEX-5000 by pressing the Power LED switch and immediately releasing it.
After a few seconds, the power relay will click and the power switch LED will illuminate.
Start your computer.
Start PowerSDR.
Begin using the FLEX-5000A.

To Power Down the FLEX-5000A, execute the following steps in order:

Shut down PowerSDR.
Power off the FLEX-5000A. Press and release the power button.
Shut down your computer.
