For new users, once you receive your SDR-1000, it may seem like a daunting task to get the SDR-1000 and PowerSDR operational. Don’t worry. It really isn’t that difficult and to make things easier, there is a “Getting Started” web page that lists step-by-step guides on the FlexRadio web site that will walk you through the steps necessary to get your SDR-1000 up and running in no time at all.

Just make sure you follow the instructions in order and you shouldn’t have any issues. But in case you do run into any difficulties, you can contact one of our FlexRadio support engineers. For additional support help, please use the Knowledge Base Search Feature to locate articles about you specific issue or post your issue to one of the FlexRadio Systems Forums.
