The following wiring diagram represents how to wire the modular FLEX-3000 & FLEX-1500 RJ-45 8-
pin
microphone connector to the W2IHY EQplus and the 8-Band EQ using the 5-
pin
DIN connector.
NOTE: Connect the GROUND (GND) to the cable shield but do not connect it to the shield of the DIN connector
