If you click on a Knowledge Base URL (link) and receive an "Unexpected Problem Occurred!" error, it is possible that you are using an old URL from the previous version of the Knowledge Base. An example of the error message text is shown below:

Refer to the highlighted lines above.  If the Exception message is article.aspx does not exist and the last part of the URL is http://kb.flexradio.com/article.aspx?=xxxxx this is an indication that you are using an old URL.
